Social at Za Za Bazaar

We have a social coming up tomorrow! We’ll be going to Za Za Bazaar after circus tomorrow and stuffing ourselves with food from around the world.

Circus skills is still running as usual tomorrow as well so we can build up an appetite.

Face painting social

Thanks to everyone who came along and made the social as much fun as it was! Bonus points to Fiona for making the most creepy design. All the photos are up on the Facebook page for those interested.

Training should be running tomorrow as normal at 7pm in the Venue (under the mens bar), See you all there!

Social this friday

Hello everyone! First social of the year is happening this Friday,

Since we are circus skills we should learn how to apply face paint. With this in mind I’ve gone out and bought some along with a few brushes and sponges.

Were meeting at 8pm in the five swans then heading out from there.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

First session of the year

A big thankyou to you all and I’m happy so  many of you showed up despite exams! I know you all would have much rather been in the library ~sarcasm~.  It was great fun and sorry (but not really) half of the society kind of turned into a Sherlock fan club for a bit.

Important things;

– We’re putting in a kit order soon and next Monday and we’ll be taking orders for what personal items people want in addition to the societies order. We’ll be buying in bulk so we can get kit cheaper!

– First social of the year will be happening within the next two weeks. I’ll keep you updated to the exact date once I’ve had a chance to talk to everyone.

– I’ll upload the pictures I took to the website somtime this week

That’s all for now, Happy Juggling!

New website!

Hello everyone,
we have a shiny new word-press website for the society! This is a space to keep people informed about big events and major developments within Newcastle University Circus Skills as well as a public showcase of our photos, videos and event work.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and new year and I’m looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
